Modern art

by Reid Wheeler
(Olympia, WA)

This window is approximately 6 feet wide by 5 feet high. It is a derivation of a window I saw in a Cologne, Germany church.

All of the glass is Fremont hand blown antique glass purchased in Seattle.

I used Glass Eye 2000 Professional Edition software to construct the full size pattern.

See our section on stained glass software with reviews and recommendations!

The window was made in 4 sections with 2 sections encased in a hand-made oak frame on each side and mounted in front of an existing double pane window in my dining room.
