Beautiful Vacation Scene

Q:I have a black and white picture that i have been ask to make into stained glass for this person, but i have never made a pattern before.

So i am really confused and nervous on have to do this. I have no idea on where to put the lines. If you can help, that would be terrific.

You can scan your image on your computer - make it the size you want to produce. It would be good to use photoshop or illustrator with this process.
You will use your creativity to place the lines for the seams.

Look at the picture and see the lines in the design - start there. As for the water you might want to make a wavy look- to keep the water looking like water.

Use the outline of the chairs but watch so you don't make the glass pieces too small. You might check out several sites for ideas for the seams.

Also there are artist you might be able to find on the website that would convert your image for you - then you only need to produce the stained glass. Just a thought.
